Do I need to install anything at the box office?+
No. The whole partner experience runs in your browser — desktop, tablet or phone. The only thing your staff needs is a device with a camera to scan QR codes at the door.
Will this cannibalise my full-price tickets?+
Offers only surface for the last screenings of a film at your venue — when those seats would otherwise stay empty. Customers who already plan to see a film at full price don't see those discounts.
Who decides the discount?+
You do. Every offer, every price, every condition is set by your team. We never publish a discount you haven't approved.
How do I get paid?+
Customers pay by card on the website and the proceeds are paid out directly to your bank account. We send you a monthly invoice for our commission — nothing comes out of your daily takings.
