By creating an account on La Dernière Séance you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
La Dernière Séance allows users to discover last-screening discounts at participating theaters, claim offers, and purchase tickets. Ticket purchases are processed by Stripe and are subject to each theater's refund policy.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One account per person
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse
4. Offers & discounts
- Offers are provided by participating theaters and may be withdrawn at any time
- Each offer may only be claimed once per account
- Offers are non-transferable
- QR codes must be presented at the theater before expiry
5. Points
Points are awarded at our discretion and have no monetary value. We may modify or discontinue the points program at any time.
6. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a ticket you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refunds are subject to the theater's policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this platform, including movie data sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB), belongs to their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability
La Dernière Séance is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including missed screenings or failed payments.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
